Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once payment is completed. In the event that we deliver the wrong product to you, please get in touch within 3 working days (upon receipt of parcel). Exchanges are only allowed in the event that we shipped the wrong product to you. 

Shipping Policy

Orders are packed and shipped out within the next working day. For local delivery, you can expect to receive your package within 2-3 working days after it has been picked up from us.

Tax Policy

Overseas purchaser (buyer) is responsible for any fees related to the purchase including, but not limited to Taxes and Duties.

Delivery & Packaging Policy

All MsKinny boxes are sealed with safety seal prior to shipment. All products will be packed in a secured manner. Nevertheless we have no control on how the packages are handled by the courier man and at the warehouse and/or during transit. If any damage is incurred to the boxes by the courier during the delivery of the parcel, MsKinny.co will not be liable for the damaged boxes caused by the courier. When purchase is made, it is deemed that buyer has acknowledged and agreed on this term. Thank you.

Free Gift Policy

From time to time, we run "Free Gift" offers and promotions when you purchase qualify items or place a qualify order. These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions:

• Hong Kong orders are not applicable to free gifts 
• The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit
• We may change the free gift should the initial items be sold out
• Placing multiple orders or orders for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one free gift

• Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion (If you place more than one order with us in the period the free gift offer is running, you will only receive the gift on your first order), unless otherwise stated.
• The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of www.mskinny.co is final
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.
